Explosion-Proof Permanent Magnet Motor for Mining

CIITTO currently offers the TBVFX series,TBVFQ series and TBVFC series explosion-proof variable frequency permanent magnet synchronous motors. All three motor series are independently developed and designed by our company, and they are fully enclosed, high-efficiency explosion-proof three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors, representing the high-end products in the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor category.

01 High Starting Torque
Maximum overload can reach 3 times the rated torque.

02 Stable Operation, Low Vibration
During operation, the vibration value does not exceed 0.3mm/s, and the runout accuracy of the shaft extension end reaches 1μm.

03 Low Noise, Fast Response
Operating noise is as low as 55dB(A), and rated speed can be reached within 2 seconds. Rated torque can be output immediately after starting from a stopped state.

04 Energy Saving and High Efficiency
Adopts rare earth permanent magnet materials to improve motor efficiency. With the same parameters, the volume is 1 to 2 frame sizes smaller than asynchronous motors.

The TBVFX series features natural cooling, while the TBVFQ / TBVFX series offers forced air cooling and shaft-mounted cooling.

Suitable for enterprises in petrochemical, mining, metallurgy, power, textile, and other industries. Used for electric drive of equipment such as belt conveyors, machine tools, fans, and compressors.
