- Adjust the On and off time: By adjusting the on and off time of the MOSFET, you can reduce the amplitude of the oscillation. For example, the reverse parallel fast recovery diode on the drive resistance can change the MOSFET turn-on and turn-off time constants, so as to ensure a shorter turn-off time while increasing the turn-on time and reducing the voltage change rate.
- Using active vibration suppression technology: Active vibration suppression technology cancels the zero point of the shaper and the pole of the flexible system through feedforward open-loop control technology, avoiding the vibration mode of the excited object to eliminate residual vibration.
- Vibration suppression function: Some Servo drivers have vibration suppression function, which can reduce tracking errors, shorten load positioning time, and improve equipment production capacity through proprietary control algorithms at frequencies prone to vibration.
Through the above method, the vibration in the drive controller can be effectively suppressed, and the stability and performance of the system can be improved. In practical applications, it may be necessary to choose the most appropriate suppression strategy according to the specific circuit design and application scenario.
