Project Overview:

To address issues of high power consumption, overheating, and noise in Xiawu New Energy’s vacuum melting furnace, CIITTO SERVO implemented a motor transformation using our high-efficiency PMSM solution. The result was a significant 18.8% increase in energy efficiency.

Before Retrofit

  • Severe motor surface heating (54°C)
  • Excessive noise
  • No variable frequency functionality

  • Lower current and surface temperature (41°C)
  • Reduced noise
  • Integrated variable frequency driver
  • Energy efficiency improved by 18.8%
