Technical Summary
The original asynchronous motor system with a multi-pulley belt drive was replaced by permanent magnet synchronous motors with external rotors. Each load is now independently driven by a direct-drive motor.
Compared with the original system, the new configuration offers significant energy savings, simplified structure, reduced mechanical losses, and lower maintenance costs.
