Product Description
The IHF single-stage single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump (abbreviated as IHF pump) is designed and manufactured according to international standards, combined with advanced non-metallic pump technology. The pump body adopts a metal casing lined with fluoropolymer (F46). The pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are integrally pressed and sintered with metal inserts fully encapsulated in fluoroplastic. The shaft seal uses an advanced external bellows mechanical seal, with a static ring made of reaction-sintered silicon carbide and a dynamic ring made of PTFE-filled material, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and sealing performance.
The inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel to enhance pressure resistance. Practical applications have proven that this pump offers outstanding advantages, including corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and rational structure, reliable sealing, easy maintenance, and long service life.
