Imitating Manual High-Efficiency Screening
The basic gyratory motion is similar to manual sieving. By adjusting the eccentricity, radial direction, and inclination, the machine generates a three-dimensional tumbling motion. Materials move from the center towards the periphery across the entire sieve surface, transferring in a spiral motion along the axis. This ensures fine particles are successfully separated step by step. As particle acceleration increases both horizontally and vertically, smaller particles are efficiently separated through the sieve apertures.
