Operation Steps
- Check the Equipment: Before using the vacuum feeder, always inspect the equipment to ensure it is in normal working condition. Many problems occur during production because the equipment was not checked beforehand, causing production interruptions and material waste.
- Start the Equipment: When starting the vacuum feeder, operate it immediately. Do not wait until the machine has been running for a long time before loading materials, as this may cause empty operation, reducing performance and service life.
- Operation Process: During loading, pay attention to correct handling and details to ensure proper operation. Errors in handling often lead to no-material operation, negatively affecting production quality and progress.
- Shut Down the Equipment: After completing the loading process, turn off the equipment promptly to save energy. Leaving it running idle consumes energy and shortens the lifespan of the equipment.
Although the steps seem simple, many operators fail to follow standardized procedures. Proper execution of each step is crucial to ensure smooth production.
Maintenance Methods
Filter Maintenance
- Instructions: Regularly check the filter surface and tighten the nuts to prevent clogging or damage.
- Method: Clean the filter surface with compressed air; water cleaning may be used when appropriate.
- Cycle: Once per week for new machines, then adjust according to actual use.
Water-Circulating Vacuum Pump Maintenance
- Instructions: Regularly check the turbidity of the water in the tank and observe whether materials appear in the drainage outlet when the pump starts.
- Method: Replace the water when it becomes overly turbid.
- Cycle: Recommended once per week, depending on water quality.
Electrical Maintenance
- Instructions: As the system is pneumatically controlled, compressed air must be dry, oil-free, and free of impurities to prevent damage to electrical components.
- Method: Install a three-stage air filter; add two additional stages for special requirements.
- Cycle: Discharge water or oil when full to avoid equipment damage.
