Working Principle
The test unit operates in an aseptic environment, with a single batch capacity of 1.2L (depending on pharmaceutical material properties). Different models support both trial experiments and scalable production. It serves as a filter-dryer for replicated large-scale production.
Capable of processing up to 25L per batch, with continuous batch operation. Depending on process requirements, separation and drying can be performed. Ultrasonic function ensures uniform distribution of material on the filter mesh, enabling rapid drying and minimizing agglomeration.
