CIITTO Participates in the 14th CSEAC CHINA 2026
The 14th China Semiconductor Equipment, Materials and Core Components Exhibition (CSEAC 2026) successfully concluded on September 2 at the Wuxi Taihu International Expo Center. This year's exhibition covered an area of 70,000 square meters and attracted more than 1,400 exhibitors, showcasing products and technologies across the entire semiconductor industry chain, including wafer manufacturing equipment, core semiconductor components and consumables, assembly and testing equipment, materials, and supporting facility systems.
During the three-day exhibition, CIITTO Servo showcased its proven technologies and core product portfolio tailored to the semiconductor industry.
For material preparation, the company presented permanent magnet direct-drive motors designed for high-precision mixing applications. For critical process applications, it introduced dedicated vacuum pump motors for vacuum processing systems. For facility support systems, the portfolio covered a comprehensive range of solutions, including direct-drive cooling tower motors, circulating water pump motors, high-speed fan motors for dust collection and pneumatic conveying, and EC fans specifically designed for cleanrooms.
