Product Overview
The ZA and ZE Series Petrochemical Process Pumps are single-stage, single-suction, overhung volute pumps. These pumps are designed in accordance with the American Petroleum Standard API 610 and VDMA 24297 (Light/Medium Duty). The pump casings are available with foot-mounted or centerline-mounted designs, featuring single-suction impellers, axial suction, and radial discharge.
Axial thrust is hydraulically balanced by front and rear wear rings and balance holes. The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal, available in single or double balanced cartridge design, or alternatively, packing seals can be used. Mechanical seals are equipped with cooling, flushing, or sealing liquid systems, and the seal piping systems are designed in compliance with API standards.
The suction and discharge flanges can be designed according to GB, DIN, or ANSI standards.
