Application

The BM series magnetic drive centrifugal pump features wetted parts primarily made of austenitic stainless steel. It is suitable for conveying liquids with a maximum pressure of 1.6 MPa, temperature not exceeding 120°C, viscosity less than 30 mm²/s, and free from ferromagnetic particles and fibers. For applications requiring system pressure above 1.6 MPa, temperature exceeding 120°C, or thermal insulation, our company can provide customized solutions.

Design Features

  • Fully sealed, zero leakage, and pollution-free design.
  • Hydraulic components designed with CFD simulation: wide flow channels, high efficiency, excellent anti-cavitation performance, and low radial force.
  • Precision investment casting with silica sol medium-temperature wax technology: accurate dimensions, smooth passages, and higher efficiency.
  • Process liquid self-cooling and lubricating of transmission components, eliminating the need for additional pipelines and reducing project cost.
  • High-performance, high-temperature-resistant rare earth magnetic materials ensure sufficient magnetic torque.
  • Special magnetic circuit design for large magnetic gaps in certain models for industrial applications.
  • Only 1–2 sealing rings required, ensuring optimal safety.
  • Non-eddy current isolation sleeve design improves pump efficiency.
  • Options of direct-coupled or flexible coupling motor connection.
  • Direct coupling saves cost and space, improves transmission efficiency, simplifies installation, and eliminates alignment. For power above 37 kW, coupling connection is recommended for easier maintenance.
  • Multiple circulation modes: self-circulation, auxiliary impeller forced circulation, auxiliary impeller pressurized ring, and external circulation to meet different working conditions.
  • Optional cooling or heating jackets for special process requirements.
  • Compatible with standard Y, YB three-phase motors, DC motors, and permanent magnet motors.
  • Enhanced rigid shaft system design improves deflection index, reduces vibration, and extends component lifespan.
  • Two installation options: foot-mounted (standard type) and centerline-mounted (high-temperature type).
  • Multiple flange standards available: ANSI, GB, HG, etc.
  • Axial force floating balance design: axial thrust is balanced during operation, thrust bearing only bears load at startup, ensuring near-zero wear in long-term operation.
  • Wetted components made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials with double bearing alignment structure and advanced hydrodynamic lubrication for reliability and durability.
  • Special lubrication and cooling design: circulating eddy flow removes heat generated by eddy currents on isolation sleeve and lubricates sliding bearings, ensuring safe and stable pump operation.
  • Inner and outer magnetic rotors are fully sealed, preventing corrosion and degradation in aggressive environments.
  • Isolation sleeve designed for complete drainage during maintenance and automatic venting during startup; made from advanced austenitic stainless steel, Hastelloy, or titanium alloys.
  • Modular component design ensures high interchangeability, reduces maintenance workload, and lowers operator technical requirements.
