Products Description
The Self-Priming Fluorine Lined Magnetic Pump (BMZ-F Series) adopts a direct motor structure supported by an intermediate bracket, featuring a compact design, easy disassembly, and convenient maintenance. The inner and outer magnets are made of high-temperature rare earth permanent magnetic materials, while the isolation sleeve is made of imported non-metallic material, eliminating eddy current loss common in general magnetic pumps. It can handle highly concentrated and highly corrosive media with a density greater than 1.84t/m³.
The main components are made of steel lined with F46, ensuring high pump strength and resistance to all strong acids and bases. This product fully integrates the advantages of both magnetic pumps and self-priming pumps. Its most distinctive feature is that it combines the self-priming function of self-priming pumps with the leakage-free and low-noise characteristics of magnetic pumps. The general self-priming height can reach up to 5 meters, making it an excellent replacement for conventional liquid pumps.
The BMZ-F series uses a newly developed isolation sleeve made of advanced materials with high mechanical strength, eliminating eddy current issues. It also adopts a unique back-pull design, allowing one person to easily perform internal maintenance and parts replacement without disassembling the pipeline, greatly simplifying daily inspection and servicing.

Widely used in petrochemical, non-ferrous metal smelting, pesticide, acid and alkali production, paper-making, pickling processes, rare earth separation, electroplating, electronics, and chemical foil industries. It is one of the latest innovations in magnetic pump design, featuring high efficiency, energy savings, safety, and practicality.
