The Self-Priming Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction self-priming centrifugal pumps. Developed based on the BM series magnetic drive centrifugal pumps through repeated testing, this is a derivative series with the same model range and performance curves, reaching the advanced level of similar foreign products.
The pump uses static seals instead of dynamic seals, ensuring that all flow components are fully sealed, providing 100% leak-free operation. This completely eliminates common issues of mechanical seals such as dripping, leakage, or loss of self-priming due to air ingress. The pump body and flow components are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. In addition to magnetic drive functionality, it integrates self-priming capabilities without requiring a foot valve or priming water, achieving a self-priming height of approximately 5 meters.
These pumps are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, food, dyeing, and research industries to transport clean liquids without solid particles. They are particularly suitable for handling leakage-prone, flammable, explosive, toxic, harmful, corrosive, or valuable liquids. Designed for mobile operations, frequent starts, and difficult priming, the leak-free magnetic drive self-priming pump is an ideal green chemical equipment.
