Product Description
The BM(B) and BM(BB) series are insulated magnetic drive centrifugal pumps developed by our company to meet market demand for constant-temperature media transfer. These pumps can handle both high-temperature and low-temperature fluids. Designed with a unique insulation jacket structure, they ensure that the medium is maintained within the required temperature range during operation. This prevents crystallization, condensation, viscosity changes, or vaporization due to temperature fluctuations. Depending on process conditions, different insulation and cooling methods are applied to the wetted parts to ensure material performance remains unaffected by ambient temperature.
The BM(B) series adopts a jacketed insulation structure between the pump casing and cover, making it suitable for fluids where the ambient temperature differs only slightly from the required medium temperature. It features a simple structure and low manufacturing cost. The BM(BB) series uses a full 360° no-dead-angle jacketed insulation design, making it ideal for fluids with a large temperature difference between the environment and the required operating temperature (e.g., phthalic anhydride). It delivers excellent insulation performance and high efficiency. The magnetic coupler is made of high-temperature Sm2Co17 samarium-cobalt rare earth alloy, allowing operation between -90℃ and 350℃.

Magnetic Drive Features
- The inner and outer magnetic rotor assemblies and containment shell are installed in reverse configuration, achieving a fully jacketed structure for true 360°C dead-angle-free insulation. This provides complete thermal insulation for the pump's wetted parts, improving insulation performance and efficiency, while solving issues of insufficient insulation and poor heat transfer.
- Auxiliary blades on the inner magnetic rotor seat provide power for internal circulation, with pressurized flow ensuring that even special fluids with high melting points or high viscosity can be sufficiently cooled and lubricated within the system.
- A rear drain hole is designed at the lowest point of the containment shell, allowing users to easily remove residual materials in the rear chamber. This facilitates long-term stable operation of the insulated magnetic drive pump.
