Product Description

The BM(G) and BM(GG) Series High-Temperature Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps are designed for the stable transfer of high-temperature fluids. Each unit consists of four major components: motor, magnetic coupling, cooling system, and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump head. The magnetic coupling adopts high-temperature-resistant rare earth permanent magnetic materials, capable of withstanding media temperatures up to 350℃ while maintaining strong magnetic torque.

A water-cooling device is installed between the motor and the magnetic coupling to prevent heat transfer from the pumped medium to the motor, ensuring safe and continuous motor operation. This design allows leak-free transfer of high-temperature media.

Wetted parts can be manufactured from materials such as 304, 316L, 2205, 904L, TC4, TA1, TA2, C-276, HB2, and HB3 to meet different corrosion-resistant requirements.

These pumps are widely applied in petroleum & petrochemicals, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, new energy, new materials, environmental protection, natural gas, power plants, fertilizers, wastewater treatment, marine, nuclear industries, and other industrial sectors. They are ideal equipment for transferring high-temperature, flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare, precious, and corrosive liquids.

Design Features

Operating Conditions

Specially designed for high-temperature thermal oil heating systems or similar thermal media applications. Constructed with magnetic materials featuring high magnetic energy and extremely low temperature coefficients, ensuring excellent thermal and chemical stability.

  • BM(G) Series: Suitable for fluids up to 350℃.
  • BM(GG) Series: Suitable for fluids up to 450℃.
