Product Description

The BMG series vertical magnetic drive centrifugal pump is a newly designed vertical structure pump based on the vertical pipeline pump, combined with magnetic drive technology to achieve leak-free liquid transfer.

It inherits the advantages of vertical pipeline pumps: vertical installation, compact structure, small footprint, identical inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same axis, and easy installation as part of any pipeline system. Since the transported medium in the pipeline is pressurized, it can directly replace existing vertical pipeline pumps, making it highly convenient for users.

Traditional vertical magnetic pumps often suffer from large axial forces due to the inner rotor weight, making axial force balance difficult. Through optimized design, the BMG series overcomes this issue with a special axial force balance scheme, allowing the inner rotor to remain in a floating state during operation. As a result, the thrust bearing force is nearly zero, significantly extending the pump's service life.

Another challenge with traditional vertical magnetic pumps is insufficient exhaust capability, which can lead to short-term dry running during startup or operation, causing damage to internal components. The BMG series features a redesigned magnetic drive component that enables complete venting of gases from the pump chamber, ensuring the medium fully fills the chamber for safe and reliable operation.

• Wetted parts manufactured using precision casting molds and silica sol medium-temperature wax technology: accurate dimensions, smooth passages, and high efficiency.
• High-performance, high-temperature-resistant rare earth magnetic materials ensure sufficient magnetic torque.
• Only 1–2 sealing rings required, ensuring maximum safety.
• Low eddy-current isolation sleeve design for improved efficiency.
• Available with direct-coupled motor or flexible coupling connection.
• Multiple circulation methods: self-circulation, auxiliary impeller forced circulation, auxiliary impeller pressure circulation, and external circulation to meet diverse operating conditions.
• Optional cooling or heating jacket structure for special process requirements.
• Compatible with Y, YB series three-phase motors, DC motors, and permanent magnet motors.
