The BMO and BMOG Series Impurity-Resistant (Vertical) Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps are designed and developed by our company to meet market demands, suitable for transferring solid-laden fluids and highly abrasive media. They can safely handle a wide range of solid-containing liquids and are capable of meeting challenging and complex pumping tasks.
The pump impeller features a fully open structure. Flow components in the pump chamber are made of corrosion-resistant, high-strength, and highly wear-resistant materials. With a specially engineered shaft system, the friction pair achieves solid-liquid self-sealing, preventing impurities from entering and wearing the shaft system. The circulation design cleverly utilizes the solid content and particle size of the medium. Users can select different circulation methods according to the solid state of the process fluid to adapt to harsh solid-liquid transfer conditions.

Product Characteristics
The BMO and BMOG Series Impurity-Resistant Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps are designed and manufactured in compliance with API 685 and related standards. They feature full containment, zero leakage, zero pollution, high wear resistance, strong corrosion resistance, safety, reliability, and long service life. Widely used in petrochemical, fine chemical, metallurgy, and power industries.
Driven by the coupling of inner and outer magnetic rotors, these pumps offer full sealing, no leakage, no contamination, safety, and reliability. With unique structural design and circulation solutions, they effectively address the challenges of transferring media with solid particles. They are especially suitable for crystallizable, sediment-prone, or suspension-containing fluids, as well as media with soft or hard solid particles of various concentrations. They are also ideal for pulp, short fibers, non-abrasive, clog-prone media, and gas-liquid mixtures.
