Submersible Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps

Submersible Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps  is a magnetic drive vertical suspended centrifugal pump. BMY is single-stage, while BMYD is multi-stage. The pumped liquid is discharged through an independent outlet pipe. The impeller of BMY is available in closed and open designs. The drive shaft is made of rigid material, with a single shaft length not exceeding 1.5m, ensuring excellent stability. Axial force is dynamically balanced by a balance plate. Sliding bearings are self-lubricated by the conveyed medium, and manufactured from wear-resistant materials such as pressureless sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) or YWN8. The drive motor is connected to the external magnetic rotor via a coupling.

A dry gas mechanical seal can be installed inside the motor housing to form secondary sealing. The motor housing can be designed with natural or water cooling structures. Pump rotation is clockwise when viewed from the drive end.

• External protection design effectively prevents radial movement of the external magnetic rotor, avoiding scratches on the isolation sleeve when rolling bearings are damaged - safe and reliable!
• The isolation sleeve is made of TC4 titanium alloy, offering high strength and high resistivity. This design reduces sleeve thickness, cutting eddy current loss down to only 30% of ordinary austenitic stainless steel sleeves of the same strength. (Eddy current loss of the isolation sleeve accounts for 10%~25% of magnetic pump motor power.)
• Thermal compensation shaft sleeve design: the built-in expansion sleeve absorbs thermal expansion and ensures concentric positioning. As the shaft sleeve is the most critical component affecting the service life of a magnetic pump, this design guarantees stable and trouble-free operation.
• Compact internal circulation structure ensures stable cooling and lubrication, high efficiency, and low cavitation.
• Sliding bearings, shaft sleeves, and thrust plates adopt a modular design, with shaft components designed as independent assemblies - far superior to complex, fragile hot-insert designs!
• The shaft body is made of YWN8 hard alloy, providing high strength, excellent wear resistance, and strong corrosion resistance.
