Product Description

The BMD series is a single-suction multistage magnetically driven horizontal centrifugal pump. The inner rotor support adopts unpressurized sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) or YWN8 sliding bearings, with an axial force floating balance structure. The bearing housing at the drive end can be equipped with a dry gas mechanical seal to form a secondary seal. Depending on the operating temperature, the bearing housing and pump support are designed with natural cooling or water cooling structures.

Key Advantages

1. Composed mainly of suction section, diffuser section, impeller, guide vane, inner magnet, outer magnet, isolation sleeve, and motor. The impeller and inner magnet are installed together in the sealed body. The motor drives the outer magnet, which drives the inner magnet, rotating the impeller. Static sealing replaces dynamic sealing, ensuring complete leakage-free operation.
2. Uses a specialized compact push-pull magnetic coupling drive system with advantages such as small volume, high torque, low eddy current, high magnetic transmission efficiency, stable and reliable operation.
3. Multiple axial thrust balance designs reduce axial force to nearly zero, lowering wear rate of sliding & thrust bearings, reducing failure rate, and extending pump lifespan.

Widely used in oilfield booster water injection, high-pressure long-distance water/oil transmission, power plant drainage, refinery & coal chemical liquid hydrocarbon pumps, butadiene rubber, hydrocracking, and platinum reforming units.
