NCF Series Centrifugal Sieve Working Principle
The screen is a cylindrical mesh placed within the machine. Material is mixed with airflow through a spiral conveyor system, atomized, and then enters the mesh cylinder. The impeller blades within the cylinder simultaneously subject the material to centrifugal force and cyclonic propulsion, forcing it through the mesh and out the fine material outlet. Any material that cannot pass through the mesh is discharged along the cylinder wall through the coarse material outlet.

Ciitto Servo has designed and produced the NCF series centrifugal screen to address screening challenges such as light materials, easy agglomeration, low melting points, static electricity generation, and mesh clogging caused by adhesion to the back of the screen after passing through the screen.
